"I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. Staying at Luneta park is better off… STAY AWAY from this property."

"The host is very nice enough to let us check in 2 hours early, that was really nice the place is quite nice too but I gotta be honest, I’d like to give this place a five star but I think it’s fair enough for me tell that the biggest problem I had was cockroaches and I’m not talking about 1 or 10 there was so many that they even make it inside the fridge.
