"Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system."

"The room was beautiful with an amazing view. But we found cockroaches every morning in the apartment. Also we had a cut of power during one day and the hotel team just asked us to wait and be patient… so the service can really be improved for the host, we were a little bit disappointed. "
