"Staff was very friendly. AC was broken in the hotel. Had to open the window that has no screens. All night long I would wake up to vehicles on the highway. Hotel is old and it was like sleeping in a ghost town with no people in a large building. "

"Well lit parking. Nice staff. Clean room. The motel info/directory said free breakfast is available next door. Staff said new owners discontinued that amenity. The poor desk clerks are getting chewed out over the change."

"Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room with bathtub, only had a shower."
