It was a nice property. No options for eating on site or a drink. If you arrive late in the evening everything closes at 10 electrical outlets in the unit did not work in the living room. Bathtub was not clean upon arrival. Courtesy desk did not call me as requested when the airline delivered my luggage and the valet did not get our vehicle when we needed to leave to go to the airport. Otherwise the accommodation was very nice in close proximity to the gondola, very walkable and shoppable the amenities for kids and family Was perfect

The third party app had not coordinated with the hotel so check in took a long time. Self park was very far away due to construction and one member of our group was handicapped and it was difficult for her. We moved furniture to find plugs, and it was really dirty behind. There were issues with the TV and after calling the number for help (White Pines), we never received a response during the entire 3 nights!

Love the property. 3rd in a row coming I know the rooms are individually owned Had a hard time turning on the oven and we come for the in room hot tub Was disappointed when the water was only lukewarm

It was unbelievable how confusing the property was in terms of locating the room, parking, and amenities. It took forever to walk from room to parking and it was like a maze. The room itself was dirty. Smelly, hair-covered blankets for the sofa bed. Dust on surfaces. No hot water. We managed to have fun because the gondola, nearby dining and shopping, and Forum festival activities were exciting. I wouldn’t stay here otherwise. I’d search for a cleaner place that had a better layout.

I would stay again
Room was exactly as pictured, good size and wonderful jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Bed was very comfy. The room was A little dirty unfortunately and kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils and ware. Great location and the Westgate resort was perfectly located. Great gym. Communication and price were excellent.
