"The front desk clerk that checked us in around 3 pm was extraordinarily helpful and kind. She did make sure to advise us that there is no front desk staff after 9 pm and made sure that we understood how to contact someone in case of any issue. That was red flag number 1. We left and returned around 8:30 pm with dinner, and there were multiple vagrants around entrance that did try to engage myself (38/f) and my daughter (7). The front desk was already closed. That night we went to shower and get ready for bed when we realized that the towels in my room looked like they were dirty/stained with grease and old lipstick, though folded/placed nicely. We luckily had towels of our own to use. There are ZERO amenities - no shampoo/body wash. One tiny bar of hand soap only. When we tried to go to sleep, all I can say is those walls are ridiculously thin. We heard EVERYTHING in the hallway (which smelled heavily of marijuana). Additionally, the hotel is very close to an airport, so airport and train noises throughout the night. Not much sleep was had, and the icing on the cake was a domestic violence incident on our floor with police response... which I was alerted by another hotel the next day is a common occurrence here. Overall felt very unsafe. I had two day accommodations and I left after 10 hours. I didn't even bother with a refund... it was not worth it. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for.""

"Breakfast was good, the attendant was so efficient, couldn’t believe one person prepared it by herself. Staff at front desk greeted you professionally and was so accommodating. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The only negative was the Airport shuttle, which needed to be cleaned and vacuum inside and out. The manager gave 5 diamond service to and from the airport. "

"Everything was as expected for a Hilton. Would have preferred a complimentary breakfast. "

"The elevator was broke the entire 5 day visit. Advertised breakfast but only coffee was available. Snack machine was empty the entire 5 days! Was a no smoking hotel supposedly but it stunk of smoke in hallways and the room itself. I reserved 2 queen beds and got two double beds Had to ask for more towels for our 3rd registered guest on day one…..had to try 3x to get those as no one was available at the front desk and no button available to ring for service No manager name or number on walls to mention The pool was the most disgusting shade of green/black cesspool. Side door was propped open several times with a sign that said not to prop open the door. The smoke alarm went off at 3AM in our room and we don’t smoke and weren’t anywhere near smoke or smokers Party in the parking lot by the pool on our 3rd night We spent so much time trying to maneuver the tv remote without success. After 15 minutes it brought up a screen we couldn’t move the remote to cancel out of This place is not some place I would recommend or stay at ever again "

"The only thing positive I can say was at least the sheets were clean. There were no housekeeping services. Electrical switches and outlets were mismatched or missing. The small pool looked toxic, and there were trash and cigarette butts in all outside areas. The parking lot was not secure. The interior of the hotel, particularly the gathering space on the second floor contained old and very dirty furniture. The hotel is on a loud and busy street. There was no assistance with baggage , basically no amenities. I cannot recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. "
