"It’s a nice enough property. The staff is kind and the grounds are well maintained. Breakfast is above average. The lady that runs the breakfast is fantastic, really trying to make her customers happy.
However, no Expedia VIP benefit was offered. When I mentioned this during check in, the girl said she will look into it and get back to me. Heard nothing. Food and drinks are extremely expensive here. The resort is a bit remote and it appears ownership is taking advantage. At the mini...

"The best bed I’ve had on my travel in a month! Beautiful alabaster floors and a magnificent pool!

"Hotel and staff, owners were excellent. Very helpful and kind. Beautiful property with excellent views of the bay and countryside. 15 minute walk to town and the beach. We loved it all. "

"I’ve stayed here twice…what a property! Beautiful views of prokopios, and a fantastic breakfast. The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). I’d stay here again if I’m ever visiting Naxos again!"

"Super service especially in extending our stay when our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. Short work to many restaurants and shops. Only issue was some minor signs of mold in the bathroom."

"Your staff was wonderful, tonya showed us around, Sophia was wonderful and Anna was very helpful.
We enjoyed your lovely resort, and didn’t want to leave! We will ge back!!
Halal helped us all of the time, Joy was wonderful as our housekeeper lady.

"The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold.
The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded.
The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now.
Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general."
