Nice B & B with everything you would need. Close to beach, train station to Wellington, & variety of take away/restaurants (enjoyed Ben’s Roasts). Generally very quiet residential neighbourhood; neighbours dog second night was a bit disruptive. Host very helpful & knowledgeable about local area.

We had a lovely stay at Simon's bed and breakfast. The room was so clean and had everything we needed including a great continental breakfast with fresh orange juice. Simon was friendly and helpful with suggestions about dining. We highly recommend this place !

Fabulous stay

Fabulous BnB in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in. A nice quiet location only a few minutes drive to shops and foreshore. Added bonus of the pool and spa. We stayed in the Serengeti suite which was large and spacious

We had a short one night stay at this accommodation. The room was large, beautifully styled, with all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Despite it raining during our stay, we enjoyed a hot spa, and even a brisk but refreshing swim in the large pool. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great range of cereals.

This is a wonderful property to stay at and the owner is very kind and personable. Very clean and spacious, the room, or flat, we stayed in was quiet and cozy. The only criticism I can give it, is that the bed itself was a bit hard for our liking, but otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.
