Great location, very good space. A short stroll from the sea, kids could go to the pool in seconds (and watchable from the apartment), water station around the corner (a luxury in an island with shortage of drinkable water). The property could do with a little renovation, but still very clean and an excellent stay. Great value for money and with a homely feel. Would go again!

Massive studio apartment with very comfy bed and very helpful staff. Season not started properly yet so eating/drinking facilities at the complex were extremely limited but its only 5 minutes walk from some really nice places to eat (can recommend Ripples!!) Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The only negative was that there were no power points by the bed or, more importantly, by the dressing table which meant my partner was unable to use her hair dryer or straighteners while sat in front of the mirror.

Cosy & stylish place

The hotel has a very nice territory with mandarine and banana trees, swimming pool, swings for kids and even a small church. Our apartment was very spacious, absolutely clean, with the new stylish furniture. Very comfortable beds, nice baby-bed. We had all the cooking facilities, 2 pans and 1 pot, a lot of plates and cups. Shampoo in the bathroom, washing liquid in the kitchen. Speedy wi-fi. The stuff - Natalia & Olga - were so kind and nice!!! We were in January so to warm up the apartment we used the split system, which was in each room. To get to the closest beach which is amazing - 5 min, Lidl is 5-7 min by foot.

We wanted a relaxing holiday we could not have chosen better, absolutely enjoyed the place, and will certainly go back again as soon as possible, the accommodation was perfect and the service great.

The hotel apparent was very good . clean and very close to the beach. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the bus routes and there is nearby Lidl supermarket.

Familiäres kleines ruhiges Apparthotel in Protaras

Wir haben die kleine übersichtliche Anlage sehr geschätzt. Die Appartements waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Poolanlage genügend gross. Die meisten Gäste waren unterwegs oder am Strand. Kleiner Spaziergang von ca. 6 Minuten. Ideal für ungezwungene Ferien mit der Familie. Nette Hotelinhaber.

Lovely clean apartments, very pleasant staff, rooms great although no window in living room is a shame. Also disappointing that there is no service at the bar/restaurant, otherwise a nice place to stay

Bra hotell i förhållande till prisnivån

Bra hotell för det priset. Ligger cirka 10-15 min promenad till stranden. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal! Rummen var stora med fullt kök. Luftkonditionering som fungerade bra! Bra service, städerskan diskade till och med den disk som fanns. I förhållande till priset är det väldigt bra!

Lugnt och skönt!

Vi valde detta hotell för att vi bodde där förra året. Hotellet har försämrats då det inte hålls efter. Städningen var klart dålig! De bytte inte lakan under vår 16 dagars vistelse. Poolen rengjordes inte och sista dagen fungerade inte pool duschen! Vår toalett på rummet gick sönder 3 ggr. Ändå är det ett mysigt litet hotell där det e lugnt och ligger nära centrum och stranden! Älskar Protaras!

pulizia cortesia gentilezza sono le caratteristiche del Flokkas a poco meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia il personale si e dimostrato molto molto disponibile in particolare Jelena che ci ha dato una grossa mano x prenotare la navetta del ritorno in quanto noi non parliamo inglese un solo appunto x exspedia non parlano italiano e voi lo avevate elencato nelle lingue parlate un grosso handicap x chi come noi sa poche parole di inglese ed era uno dei motivi che ci aveva spinto a scegliere questo hotel....in complesso soggiorno piu che positivo......mi raccomando togliete lingua ITALIANA non ce nessuno che la parla GRAZIE
