It is an all inclusive resort with 3 pools, RCI ready, and I paid 40$ a day, not much can beat that, but is a modest hotel, TV is crap, only national channels and the signal is so bad you could hardly see anything, with a small investment it could be great, of course Venezuela has to change, in the 3 nights I stayed, the electricity went off for hours, they have an electric plant so really no issues with the hotel, but of course no cel signal or internet...

Hay mejores opciones en Margarita

El hotel tiene una infraestructura muy buena, con 3 albercas, pero la principal esta sucia. El personal de los bares en sus diferentes areas no se da a basto para atender a todos los huespedes. No hay suficientes bebidas, en nuestro caso no teniamos acceso a piñas coladas. Para llegar a la playa debes de salir del hotel y cruzar una callesita, la playa es una zona muy pequeña y tiene un area peligrosa, ademas de que ese acceso lo cierran a las 5 pm. Los meseros del restaurante no tienen una actitud de servir, solo recogen los platos, en la cena tienen diferentes puestesitos donde “preparan/sirven” la comida, esto hace el servicio mas lento y la comida es regular. Lo que es muy bueno es el servicio de animacion y los diferentes shows que hacen, tratan de hacer que tu tiempo con ellos valga la pena. Nosotros preferimos visitar otras playas en Margarita y pagar todo extra cuando entendimos esta situacion.

La comida fue muy buena. El personal excelente. Habitacion muy comodas pero si lamente que no habia agua caliente. En general estuvo muy completo y tuvimos una vacacion muy agradable.

No tienen la suficiente capacidad en restaurantes

Falta capacidad para atender a los huéspedes en temporada alta, en algunos momento no tenían disponibilidad de algunos alimentos, como azúcar, licor en el Bar, muchas restricciones en el bar de la playa por decisiones gubernamentales, buena playa, el personal es cordial, sin embargo se desbordan por la alta ocupación del hotel

Could be wonderful

Nice, caring staff, but unmaintained facilities. The main pool pictured in the promotion photo is closed. The beach was filthy. Rarely did we have hot water in our room. The noise from overloud speakers blared every day from 9:00 am until 11:00 pm at night. Beach volleyball court did not have enough sand, so patrons kept scraping their knees. Birds kept flying into the restaurant because they didn't keep the screens closed, so they would fly right on to the table.

Si me gusto mucho todo. La distancia de la habitacion al restaurante principal fue minima, los servicios en restaurantes muy preocupados, te traen lo que necesitas mas el refresco siempre bien servido y todo el entorno bien cuidado , a pesar de que tuve que hacer dieta por diarrea y pude seleccionar los alimentos apropiadas. El hotel esta bueno a m.de la playa

Las expectativas fueron superadas todo esta diagramado para divertirte y pasarla bien.pero aprovecho para hacerles una sugerencia,esta buena el arpa es linda la musica pero poner a tocar un arpa los sábados y domingos a las siete de la mañana y queres dormir...no seria mejor que comienza un poco mas tarde,muchas gracias.

Excelente estadía en este hotel, lo mejor que tuvo el viaje que hicimos a Isla Margarita e Isla de Coche, la atencion del personal es perfecta, los shows, las actividades en las piscinas, la limpieza en gral y los amplios horarios de desayuno almuerzo y cena, como asi tambien disponer de bebidas y comidas durante las 24hs, y de calidad.

Completo y cómodo hotel

El hotel es muy lindo, siempre arreglado, y limpio. La comida es buena y tienen cosas típicas de la región. Lo malo de mi experiencia es la situacion general de Venezuela, como los cortes de luz durante el día en todos lados, las complicaciones para moverse por las ciudades, pero eso es general de todo el país, aún así se pueden pasar unas muy linda vacaciones. Yo fui a descansar y por suerte elegí la época de temporada baja, habia muy poca gente, lo que me convino porque no habia que esperar para comer o conseguir bebidas en las barras. Las piscinas tenian poca gente al igual que en la playa por lo cual era todo muy tranquilo. No deberian poner musica fuerte en las mañanas porque las habitaciones dan a la piscina y te despertaba la musica. Si uno quiere dormir una siesta no se puede por la musica. En general lo pase muy bien con mi mujer y las cosas negativas tampoco hicieron una mala estadía.

Complejo muy amplio y cómodo.

Nos hospedamos con mi esposo durante 4 noches, en una habitación con balcón en L con hermosa vista al mar y a las colinas y buena ventilación teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos sin aire acondicionado durante el día por tema energético del país. La comida bastante buena. Todo muy prolijo y limpio. Playa El Tirano no era lo que esperaba ya que el mar tiene mucho oleaje.En general todo recomendable.

me gusto su ambiente, su comida, las piscinas y bebidas.. por el contrario no me gusto la insistencia para vender un tiempo compartido. y deben estar pendiente con las toallas que nunca hubo.

lindo hotel , con 3 piletas para elegir ,buena comida aunque se torna repetitiva , tuve inconvenientes con el aire acondicionado y lo arreglaron enseguida, esta fue mi primera experiencia en lugares de este tipo y estoy bastente conforme , me hospede en la parte nueva del hotel y esta bastante bien , fui con mis nenes (2) y teneiamos dos camas kin size, bien comodas , tenien balcón , tele aire acondicionado , en fin bien ,lo único quel el ultimo dia se rompió el ascensor y estaba en el piso 3 .ha y también se corto el agua caliente ,

Séjour confortable mais il nous a fallu changer de chambre 2 fois avant d'être satisfaits. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans les 2 premières chambres (et la réception est assez loin si on a besoin de quelque chose) et l'ampoule était brulée dans les toilettes de la 2è chambre. Les chambres côté piscine sont nettement meilleures. L'hôtel est bien, mais le personnel l'entretient avec très peu de moyen. Le personnel est très professionnel et aimable. Immersion totale parmi les venezueliens. Nous étions les seuls et uniques européens pendant tout notre séjour de 6 jours. Ce n'est pas le meilleur rapport qualité/prix surtout si comme nous, vous n'êtes pas adeptes du tout inclus.
