The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.

Si no es por el personal todo se viene abajo. La ate cion es lo que lo hace diferente a lo decadente que está en general las instalaciones. No piensan en que los niños comen diferente que no comen picante. Gracias a dios el personal prestó atención y hicieron algo especial para los niños presentes. Mucho mantenimiento y cuidados para poder recibir turistas.
