Ottima sistemazione

Attualmente, aprile 2018, nelle vicinanze sono in corso alcuni lavori, e ciò rende l'apparenza esterna del fabbricato perlomeno dubbia, ma il resto é buono, l'appartamento è ben fornito veramente di tutto il necessario, proprio tutto anche per un soggiorno di lunga durata soprattutto per famiglie. Da alcune imperfezioni si comprende che il proprietrio è un "neofita" del mestiere, ma la sua disponibilità ad ascoltare l'ospite lo renderá presto un perfetto gestore, dando corso ai "desiderata". Suggerisco allo stesso di impostare un programma di "manutenzione programmata" per far fronte a queste piccole e tollerabili imperfezioni, che potrebbero col tempo diventare intollerabili gravi difetti. Il nostro giudizio, di navigati viaggiatori, è sostanzialmente positivo soprattutto per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliam,o inoltre, questa sistemazione anche per la vicinanza sia ai centri archeologici sia ai luoghi di svolgimento della vita notturna.

Apartment - owner tries hard to please

We arrived in the evening to find the "hotel" in darkness and no reception area. We phoned the contact number and initially the owner said he had no record of our visit, then discovered that he had. He arrived 10 minutes later saying that Expedia were guilty of not informing him of bookings. However, we had received a confirmation from him so he had probably just forgotten about us. Andre, the owner, was very pleasant and rushed around the apartment trying to make sure that everything was Ok for us. It was very comfortable with everything that we needed. Only two negatives - the hot water in the wash basin was none existent, but the shower was OK. Outside the apartment there is a building site where work starts at 7am. Andre provided us with ear plugs! It was not a problem for us as we wanted to be up and about early. There is a supermarket down the road which sells everything you might need - try their biscuits they are delicious. Opposite the supermarket is a hotel which does an excellent breakfast for 6 euros.

Stämde dåligt med den beskrivning jag fått. Reception med begränsade öppettider existerade inte. Conciergetjänster icke. Strykbräda men inget strykjärn. Städning varje vecka förekom inte. Spisen fungerade inte. TVn fungerade inte. Vad är det för mening med ett djupt badkar när det inte finns någon propp så det går att använda. Ej heller propp till handfatet. Gratis toalettartiklar var en pumptvål från Lidl och en halv rulle toapapper. Dåligt med vatten i duschen och ibland bara kallt. Luftkonditioneringen och wi-fi fungerade och läget var OK. Ingen information om någonting och ingen att fråga. Visste inte vad jag skulle göra med nyckeln när jag checkade ut då ingen var där. Önskar att jag inte valt detta ställe för min vistelse i Pafos

excellent apartment close to beach!

This hotel booking was the highlight of the trip and Andreas was very attentive, it was nice being able to relax in the apartment with the amazing air conditioning and the beds were all clean!

Great location, good for cheap food and partying but also not far from the beach and some ruins and not loud at night if you dont want to party/ also the owner is a great guy!

It was a pleasant stay it was nice to have kitchen facilities and it was justca short walk from local amenities. No pool and only Cypriot TV but still a comfortable stay.

Отель представляет собой здание с множеством квартир. У нас была двухкомнатная номер 105. Все было отлично, но надо заметить что требуются спички для газовой плиты, а они на Кипре дорогие почти 2 евро)), также нужна своя сковородка. В нашем номере не убирались, хотя было написано убираются раз в 7 дней. Мы были 13 ночей и пришлось убираться самим. Но я думаю если это заранее обговорить проблем не должно быть и уборка будет как попросите. Местоположение этот главный плюс на пять с плюсом. Находится здание в тихом закаулке, но в тоже время в центре. В шаговой доступности до всех основных достопримечательностей, автобусной станции, где все можно узнать - там есть всегда русско говорящий персонал, супермаркета с умеренными ценами (Папа Антонио) также с русско говорящим персоналом и моря - у нас было самое классное место для плавания для взрослых. Но для детей нужно будет пройти подальше к песчанному пляжу.
