"Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!"

"The resort is fairly new and very nice. Rooms are beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly staff. Only question I would have is that the 2nd pool was cloudy, and the water shoud be clear. I would stay again, definitely "

"+ huge king bed, nice airconditioning + glass bottled water and refillable water for guests + nice room and compound + spacious semi outdoor toilet + friendly staff + basic coworking space + quieter area of kuta lombok - some construction going but harmless - ⁠lighting in the room is too dimmed - ⁠some occasional squeaky noise from the roof but harmless - ⁠mosquitoes but there's mosquito net and spray provided Overall a very satisfied stay, value for money, quiet area, amazing experience!"

"Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im TIKA Lombok und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Herman, Nirwana und Ivan haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Lage ist super, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann günstig einen Roller leihen, der Pool ist fantastisch, das Frühstück war gut und unser Zimmer sauber. "

Le service était irréprochable. Emplacement un peu en marge du cœur de la ville sans pour autant être trop excentré. "

"Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool). The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting. However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!"
