Terrible

i book for 3 unit the one assigned to me was a mess. The floor grout are dirty looks like molds specially the bathroom area. The shower curtain have molds, no hot water, the toilet tank cover is cracked, the cabinet has one door missing. When we ordered for breakfast they gave us their menu, most of the items in the menu is not available have to settle for what they have. We have to check out the next day even though i booked 3 rooms for 3 nights.

Le stanze economiche sono piccolissime, dietro la reception/ristorante e senza finestra. L'upgrade a pagamento a quella deluxe prevede solo una piccola finestra in più. Le foto di camere, bagni e struttura non rispecchiano affatto la realtà e probabilmente risalgono a parecchi anni fa. La spiaggia è inesistente e quel poco che è visibile è ricoperto di spazzatura.

Hidden Gem

Muro Ami is a hidden gem on the island of Panglao. It sits right on the beach with amazingly friendly staff and wonderful food that is reasonably priced. The rooms are cheap, so you kind of get what you pay for. This is not a resort hotel but for the price, you can't go wrong. I have been coming her almost every year for the past 6 years.

Bei Ankunft konnte keine Buchung festgestellt werden. Nachdem ich die Bestätigungsdaten von Expedia vorgelegt habe, hat man sich höflich entschuldigt und aber klargemacht, dass es zu dem Preis kein Zimmer gibt. Wir sind dann mit unseren Rucksäcken Richtung Alona Beach. Tolle Erfahrung!

저렴한 가격의 적당한 숙박시설

저렴한 가격대의 호텔을 찾으면서 비싸고 좋은 호텔의 시설과 비교한다면 다소 무리가 있겠죠. 저는 제가 원하는 호텔이였고 만족했습니다. 직원도 친절했고 바다 바로 옆이라 방에서 바로 바다도 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Room was small staff never cleaned the room during our stay food was rubbish shower room disgusting power cuts three times a day sometimes no water we booked three days left a day early was glad too be out off there

Benvenuti all'inferno

Il "resort" si trova su una spiaggia sporca, la camera era indegna, le condizioni del materasso indegne (allego foto) viste le condizioni ho solo fatto colazione al ristorante ordinando caffè con pane tostato e marmellata ( come da menù) ed ho ricevuto un caffè solubile con del pane tostato mentre la marmellata nn l'avevano.... UN POSTO AGGHIACCIANTE!!

Horrible Hotel

Upon arrival we were told we had no reservation even upon presenting email confirmation & advice that my credit card had been charged months ago. After arguing, we were given one. Stayed 2 nights. 2nd day had no aircon & water.
