Very helpful friendly staff . Rapid check in - well maintained property - walking distance to good eateries - on the beach - pool clean and very warm. Had washing done - returned clean within 12 hours. Definitely stay here again. Breakfast reasonable - on the spot omelettes superb!

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Das gebuchte Chalet war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage war ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Sollte es uns nochmal in diese schöne Region verschlagen, dann ist ein Aufenthalt hier ein "Muss". Nur zu empfehle, hier wird einem der Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen!!

立地は良い。蚊が多い。

ビーチや近くのレストランに近く、立地はとても良かった。スタッフもとても丁寧で優しい。 しかし、部屋に大量の蚊がいたため何十カ所も刺された。虫除けをしても、ドアの隙間から蚊が入ってくるため無意味だった。もっとモスキート対策をして欲しい。

Schön gelegenes Ressort mit Hindernissen

Eine sehr schön gelegene Anlage, ich wohnte in einem Bungalow direkt vorne mit Blick zum Strand. Die Bungalows selbst bräuchten aber dringend eine Renovierung, auch die Sauberkeit war nicht besonders. Die Lautstärke von der Straße am Strand war abends bis Mitternacht immer gut zuhören. Der Pool war zwar nutzbar, aber es gab einen Warnhinweis auf viele defekte Kacheln, was auch tatsächlich der Fall war. Man musste also etwas aufpassen.

First impressions were not promising; not what we would call a 'resort'. But we took a little 'chalet' looking over the gardens and beach and could not have been happier. Delightful simplicity. Hadi, the chef, served up some delicious and unique dishes at breakfast and took lunch and dinner orders each morning. Our evening meals were sourced from that morning's market and made into great dinners with special flavours by Hadi and his staff. All the staff at Sandy Beach went out of their way to make our stay there as interesting, or relaxing, as we wanted. People on Pangkor Island are just so proud of their home and their enthusiasm is catching. Highly recommended.

Small resort on the beach

Small resort located just in front of the beach. Very friendly manager and staff. Prefer the chalets, they have a terrasse on the seaside in a small garden.. and avoid basic rooms. Breakfast buffet ok. Swimming pool large enough. We rented a scooter to visit the island .. did not notice a better place in Pangkor so likely one of the best choice.

Friendly staff but poor room

The room was dreary and tired looking, but clean. The electrics were 'interesting'. The air con blasted out freezing air no matter what we did: so we either overheated or were cold at night. Pillows were the solid nylon type. But it was very cheap, and you do get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the laundry service was excellent and very cheap.
