"Excellent stay! Dreams Playa was beautiful, relaxing, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only thing travelers should be aware of is the resort’s distance from the city. Traffic can be especially heavy between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, making trips from Panama City take much longer. Overall, highly recommended—just plan accordingly and be mindful of the location and traffic."

"From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info.
Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

"It was a charming property and the check in staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean but there was a musty smell in the bedroom and the air conditioning was very loud. I suppose because it is an older property."

"The property was at the bottom corner of old town. Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was close by as in a store, restaurants, and beach access for exploring. The only odd thing was that there were no beds on the main floor, there was a tight spiral staircase up to the bed. Not a huge deal, but harder for older people and baggage. We still loved it. "The property is beautiful, clean and in a very quiet and convenient area. The housekeeper is a sweetheart and the staff is fantastic. I spent about 6 weeks there! There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, private rooms, dorm rooms, private and shared bathrooms, a garden area, a bar and a restaurant that opens in the evening. There is also a continental breakfast in the mornings between 6am-9am. The price to stay is reasonable for short or extended stays. I would highly recommend!"
