"They did not have enough parking for guests so you had to park in the street. The walkway way blocked with furniture so you could not easily use it. The stairs at the bottom was blocked by a car so you had to use a different way. The bathroom vanity was stained by cigarette burns and spilled paint. Toilet when flushed made a loud noise. It was hard to cool down the room because of the gaps in the doorway and in the windows. I will not use Expedia again if this is the places it has on its web...

"Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!"

"Our room was small but well appointed. Comfortable and clean bed and linens as well as towels.
Some outlets did not work. Most of the outlets on the desk were broken. The building could use a refresh, but the design is excellent. Great location, convenient drop off off of the road. Great restaurant and adequate gym."
"Our 3rd Stay here, so we obviously like it.
The King Junior Suite rooms are one of the best for the price and trust me, this visit I checked every hotel in DTLA, as we wanted to stay closer to the historic core, but it is really an easy walk to places like Grand Central Market area.
It's convenient to most things, and the highway/freeway. Valet Hotel parking is $$, but after my search again in DTLA For a hotel, it is similar or more at all the other hotels. As well the resort fee, but again almost every hotel now has this. Stupid AF, but it's everyone at this point. Property and rooms are clean. Fridge is a great to have. Love the double sink bathroom, and bathroom in general. Beds/Pillows are comfy. Only thing I would say and it happens at other hotels is the bed frame always juts out at the corners and our knees do not appreciate those. It takes a good 2 days for your body to learn to clear those! We can not speak to the restaurants, as we have never eaten there mainly because we are vegan. Altho they do have free coffee in the morning at the Fig past the elevators."
"Great location. We could walk to City Walk or take the free shuttle if we were tired or lazy. It's also easy to get to the Metro down the hill and take the free shuttle up the steep hill to City Walk. Also only a few minutes by Uber to Warner Bros studio. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good enough for me (pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, charcuterie). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
