Excellent hotel, spacious room, wonderful breakfast, very convenient to most attractions. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue is parking for pickup trucks. A little tight but easily manageable.

Os recepcionistas (tirando um de óculos e barba que era bem simpático)com a cara fechada e muita má vontade de atender. No cardápio do restaurante está escrito que o atendimento pra almoço e jantar é a qualquer hora e um rapaz mais velho que estava no bar nos informou o mesmo. Fizemos o checkout dia 22/07 às 11:30 e queríamos almoçar antes de ir pro aeroporto, mas o recepcionista muito mal educado, parou pra pensar olhou pra gente e disse grosseiramente só ao meio dia. Ah a moça do bar foi a melhor de todas super simpática e educada( ela estava no bar na segunda feira 20/07)

Pequenas baratas apareciam a noite no banheiro; box cuja porta batia no trinco; ducha com pouca água; cofre solto na parede com parafusos dentro - tive que parafusar para ficar o mesmo Sobre o hotel: piscina não reflete as fotos, precisando melhorar a manutenção deste espaço;

A impressão que tive é que o hotel está em reforma porque reservei 2 quartos e um estava melhor que outro mas ambos, estavam encardidos e com toalhas sujas. O tv, em um dia quartos não pegava nenhum canal e o técnico da manutenção, não conseguiu resolver. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos e todos muito gentis. Café da manhã bom e bem diversificado.

Em 4 dias tivemos que trocar 4 vezes de quarto, ar condicionado que não funcionava, chuveiro que não funcionava direito, barulho de vizinhos de quarto que moram no hotel fazendo festa a noite toda. Funcionários educados porém hotel bem ruim. Não recomendo.
