Hotel bom, mas como tudo na cidade Palmas, acima do preço normal comparado a hotéis em Goiânia, Fortaleza ou outras capitais maiores. O hotel é novo e está em boas condições. Somente as camas que eu sugeriria comprar novas com colchões mais novos.

Profissionalismo e custo&benefício atendidos

Hotel bem localizado. Limpeza impecável. Precisei trabalhar um dos dias em teletrabalho e a internet se manteve estável o tempo todo. Por problemas na chave de acesso do quarto que iria ficar, fui transferida para outro bastante espaçoso e arejado. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, mantendo-se receptiva desde o check in, que ocorreu com a minha chegada do aeroporto por volta das 13h! Café da manhã muito bom. Pontos que talvez possam ser importantes: não há cozinha local, mas há food trucks no Parque dos Indígenas, atravessando literalmente a rua, além da possibilidade de entregas por aplicativo ou delivery, todos muito bem orientados pela recepção. E também não há secador de cabelo portátil no banheiro, caso essa seja uma necessidade sua… Resultado: custo & benefício excelentes. Super indico e, com absoluta certeza, voltarei mais vezes!

Lugar legal, mas funcionários grosseiros

O hotel é bem estruturado e bem localizado, mas o que estragou totalmente a hospedagem é o péssimo atendimento e falta de educação dos funcionários. Desde o início já percebi que os funcionários não eram muito gentis, mas no último dia de hospedagem recebi uma visita, SENDO QUE EU ESTAVA SOZINHO EM UM QUARTO PARA 2 PESSOAS, que ficou apenas 1 hora no quarto e foi embora, depois de eu passar na recepção, subir, ficar um tempo acordado, quando foi 00h (vê se isso é hora), quando eu já estava deitado, um funcionário numa extrema grosseria me ligou no quarto falando que eu tinha que pagar taxa extra pela visita. Nunca vi tanta falta de educação na vida. No outro dia ainda fui conversar com a gerente e ela foi zero flexível. Tinha tudo pra ser um lugar máxima, mas as pessoas que trabalham lá estragam o local. E diversos comentários aqui e no Google mostram que não só eu que passei por isso.

Quando cheguei ao quarto havia uma cueca de outro hóspede no armário. Esqueci um objeto no quarto, mandei e-mail para para tentar ir buscar, mas não se deram ao trabalho de responder. Assim me passa uma ideia de falta de profissionalismo neste hotel. Não voltaria!

Precisa melhorar a limpeza

Foi agradável. Cama excelente. Ducha ótima. Porém, não é feita a troca do tapete do banheiro todos os dias. Até fiz o pedido na recepção mas a dona não autorizou. Achei bem desagradável isso. Palmas é uma cidade com lagos e areia, quando chegamos do passeio não tem como não sujar o tapete. E a ordem para as camareiras é limpar o banheiro e não fazer a troca do tapete, apenas virá-lo do outro lado.

foi bom, apenas acho que precisa melhorar em questão do controle. no cafe da manha, muitos sem luvas e mascaras. A Limpeza do quarto deveria ser feita e trocado as toalhas diariamente, uma vez que foi pago diaria. No banheiro ficou faltando sabonete. No mais o hotel e bom, tem um bom cafe da manha.
