"The property is well looked after, has very friendly staff and very near to the airport. Downside was there was a power cut in the general area and we lost all electric, water and air con for 36hrs. However, the staff did there upmost to support us providing fresh bottled water (with ice), lunchtime sandwiches and a handheld fan !! On the night time there was a cold buffet provided (which was excellent) considering everyone all the staff where working in extreme conditions."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights in the middle of July with two friends. I experienced Wi-Fi issues in my room, which I reported to the staff, but nothing was done. My friends, on the other hand, had issues with their AC units, which they also reported, but nothing was done until we escalated the matter to management. The manager/hotel owner was a nightmare to deal with. It was only after constant conflict with him that he was finally able to resolve the AC problems for my friends....

"Sehr schöne Zimmer, die als kostenlos angepriesenen Services wie Zugang zu Puro Beach uns shuttle zum Beach entpuppten sich als sehr teuer und waren so gut wie nicht buchbar. "Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

"Llegamos después de la media noche. Nos habían enviado instrucciones para entrar y sacar la llave de una caja con código. No tienen personal de noche. "El hotel está divino, pero la atención está en otro nivel. Diría que es el hotel que mejor atienden de Europa. El personal de todo el hotel está volcado para que el cliente esté cómodo y contento."
