The lowlights were worms crawling on the unused bath towel and the room cleaner who walked in, all the way to the bed I was in, angry that I had not left the room yet when the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly on the hallway door.

Very clean, quiet air con, no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Great space for office work and comfortable bed. Sky tv. Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers. Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance.

Although on-site parking was listed, it was difficult to find, and access to the hotel by car was difficult too. The garden courtyard was pleasant, but rooms at that level (we booked a "standard room") had no ventilation unless you gave up your privacy and opened your door. AC was weak at best and seemed to go off in the morning, leaving us with a stuffy and humid room. The young man who helped us with parking and luggage was great, and the breakfast was ample and quite good. Access to central Palermo is a problem as taxis overcharge for that area.

Bare basic hotel that’s convenient because of the free parking. There’s not much around it but it’s easy to get on the freeway which was what I wanted

Positive stay
Nice hotel in a good location, within driving distance to the airport and the city centre. Spacious room with all amenities (Sky TV included), comfortable bed. The WiFi signal unfortunately couldn't reach our room properly, resulting in slow speed and connection drops. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of sweet/savoury options and good quality products. The parking in front of the hotel is often busy, but they have an extra area nearby (ask reception).

just beautiful
Beautiful establishment, garden, rooms. Looks even nicer than in the pictures. Comfortable beds, pillows. Well kept in general, some small repairs needed - e.g. no place to hang the bathroom towels or beach towels. We travelled with a dog and this was a heaven for him - he rolled on the green grass and chilled :)

An oasis between the city and the beach
It's really rare to see such a green oasis anywhere in Sicily. It's a really nice place to relax and cool down in the evening. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast with a very wide choice, dinner also delicious at good prices. What we liked most is the closeness of Mondello beach. It took us 7 minutes to get there by car, so we could get a quick morning dip and get back in time for breakfast. We loved it.

The property is located on the west side of Palermo in a very, very quiet setting. Parking is easy and free. The rooms are very clean and the baths have recently been remodeled and well done. If one wants to tour just outside of Palermo, this place is especially great because you won't have to be in the center of town where there is a lot of traffic, difficult parking or a lot of ZTLs (where the streets become pedestrian walkways). If you want to walk around, there are stores and restaurants nearby (including a nice sized grocery store about two blocks away). The breakfast area is welcoming and the selections are great. Another high point, the heating -cooling is room independent. You can make it as warm or cool as you want. It's about 3 miles from the historical center of Palermo

Not much around the hotel, especially on Sundays. Could not get WiFi to work unless we were in check in area which made it challenging to finish travel plans. Depending on which building you’re in you may not have an elevator, but staff carried bags up at check in. AC works well but you have to call them at 503 from your room to turn it on and tell them what temp to set it to, which they didn’t explain at check in. No laundry service on the weekend either and closest laundry mat on Sunday was a $20 can ride one way away, so we had to wash items by hand. All that aside it’s a clean decent hotel-they just need to update some of this info before people book.

Stayed here for two nights and it was really great. Worth every cent spent as hotel staff helped us with everything. Only downside is the location as this hotel is a bit far from Palermo Centrale. Make sure to get local taxi phone number before you arrive.

I will definitely return/4.5 stars
The staff are all AMAZING!! I would highly recommend this hotel for someone staying in Palermo. The hotel is well situated as long as you can drive- But bus stop are nearby and you can always book a taxi if needed. The hotel is not central but if you are looking for a quiet night, this is the place to stay in. The room are very clean and have all the amenities you need The breakfast is very generous and includes fresh sicilian products ( pastries and citrus and else). The only negative point is the WIFI. You can only use it in the lobby.

A serviceable hotel on edge of Palermo! Great for airport only20 mins away. Also only 1-2km from mondello beach which was nice for a seafood meal!! The hotel is clean functional with a good breakfast ! Good value for money!

Beautiful hotel grounds. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. There's a nice restaurant next door, supermarkets and other restaurants are also within walking distance. Staff were very polite, quick check in and out. Buffet breakfast was excellent! It's like a 4 star hotel, great value.

well located hotel with lovely breakfast
Hotel is in a good location, tucked out of the way so things are not too noisy and a degree of privacy is assured. Grounds have been reasonably well secured and the layout of the place is beautiful. Only major nag was an outside faucet located just across the walk from my room door - this was used sometimes later in the night and it actually sounded like the container being filled was just on the other side of the door. Maybe some weather stripping needed to help with soundproofing.

Great stay not far from center of town - use buses
Very friendly and helpful staff. Spoke good English. Gave restaurant recommendations all wonderful. Buses were not timely but free just got on from back of bus.

Hotel too far from city
Hotel gave us a room overlooking a building site. Had to pay to upgrade to a decent room. Hotel advertises on website to have a restaurant and to provide shuttle service. It has neither. Hotel far from city and tourist areas, requires two buses to get anywhere. Also, reception gave misleading information on how to get anywhere, presumably trying to get us to book taxis. Only one restaurant nearby - very expensive - min 60 euros for two people. Hairdryer in room not working, safe not working. Unable to get a drink on Sundays as bar closed.

PROs: Beautiful layout, perfect location for everything, comfortable, large garden, mountain view, free substantial breakfast, free parking, good promotional price CONS: weak or non existent WiFi contrary promotion, Bathroom with :0"(zero) ways to hang out anything: towels, cloths, etc. Also walls have better ears than the hotel staff to whom you relate a problem all week long with no results. And that after you pay the hotel an almost full week stay.

Nice hotel it's been renovated.
Nice hotel. They let us check in early and it's near local Sicilian restaurants. Buses are free to get to the hotel from the airport and all over Palermo. There is a great bakery nearby that has the best canolis. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Stayed one night, due to my flight being rescheduled a day early. Hotel was nice, from what I saw. The room and bed was comfortable. Long shower, but no doors, so the water tend to get on the floor. I have two issues: Part of the walls in my room were peeling/ mould like. And the dishes were NOT clean when I went to have breakfast. Some had food in it, and when I brought it to the waiter's attention he moved them and showed me others that were stained. Those are the reasons why I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet hotel - away from the madness and noise
All in all, a good place to stay. The hotel was a bus ride (shortish - maybe 20mins) aways from the centre of town, and near to the big park and so it was quiet as a result. Even late at night - it was perfectly safe as we were out in the non-touristy part of Palermo. Very handily, nearby there were supermarkets, tobacconists and other typical little stores that let us feel right at home :) Parking, once explained, was simple. We did have some problems with the fridge (which did get fixed) and a blind on the windows (which did not). This didn't really detract. We would stay there again.
