"3 jours dans cet hotel pour découvrir Genes et accueil rapide personnel serviable hormis au petit déjeuner ou notamment le deuxième jours on m’a réclamé mon numéro de chambre sans même un bonjour puis une fois installé du attendre pour commander mon cafe et on me redemande mon numéro de chambre… pas très agréable pour le niveau de cet hôtel

"I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. Posizione vicino ai negozi per lo shopping, ristoranti. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione ottima."
"Cet hôtel est un vrai 4 étoiles. La chambre supérieure est magnifique, grande, bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié l’espace penderie spacieux et le balcon (sans vue) permettant de suspendre du linge. Le quartier est animé sans être agressant, desservi par un bus à 2 min de l’hôtel et regorgeant d’offres de restaurations. Le personnel est disponible, affable et efficace.
Seuls points négatifs, le manque d’une cafetière Nespresso (café instantané en sachet… berk !), d’un fer à repasser et le prix...
"Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend zugleich. Entsprachen unseren Anfragen ohne Probleme. Das Restaurant ist gediegen, das Frühstück sehr lecker (teilweise als Buffet angerichtetes süßes Buffet, Herzhaftes und Getränke a la Carte ohne Aufpreis). Das Hotel liegt zentral am Hafen sowie fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön wie das Hotel selbst. Das einzige, was uns bei unserem Aufenthalt gestört hat, was das erlaubte...
