"The rooms are clean enough, the sheets and towels are replaced daily which is good. Staff were excellent and really friendly, helpful etc. There are no spare sockets - only enough for the 3 lights, so in order to charge your gadgets you need to unplug a light. This is manageable but a little bit annoying at times. Also worth noting there is no coffee/tea in the rooms, only in the shared foyer of each apartment block. Again this is ok but would be handy to have something in the room. Location wise it’s fairly good - you can walk to all the main tourist attractions if you feel energetic enough or get the tube which is close by and very easy - $8.50 for a 24hr pass. If we went again we would probably aim to stay a bit closer to the colosseum area as this is right in the thick of it and at the start of the main drag through Rome. This area also has a slightly better selection of places to eat although there are plenty everywhere. Overall very enjoyable trip - it is what you make of it, we had a great time and loved Rome!"

"Great location if you want to stay near the Termini train station, though it’s a few streets away, which is good that it’s not super close to the station area, but still easily walkable. Hotel staff was super helpful in providing directions and recommendations for eating joints. They even gave us a breakfast box since we had an early flight, along with hot tea and coffee at 6 AM. The room size is fairly large however, the shower can use a little upgrade. Overall great location and a great place to stay. "

"The hotel is extremely clean and spotless and the rooms are modern. It appears that the bathroom fixtures are brand new. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is an employee on site at the desk once you enter through keypad entry. The service floor offers coffee and taps for fresh water, which I have not seen in any other hotel. The room has a min fridge and coffee, tea and a water vase. It offers a king size bed which is rare in Rome for this price point. However, the bed is super firm and my partner thought it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no issues. The balcony has no view. It is just an extension of the roof area. Andrea, the new owner greeted me and accommodated my request for early check in with no problems He was great and very kind me. There is a very good restaurant right next door that offers breakfast (pastries only) lunch and dinner, and a pharmacy right next door - as well as an open market a block down. Anything you may need is within walking distance. There are more good restaurants within 15 minute walking distance, and grocery stores are also 10-15 minutes walking distance away. If not for the extra firm bed that did hinder my sleeping, I would stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great and very clean and nice for the price point! I gave it a 5 star rating. "

"Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good variety of fresh options. The rooftop restaurant is also fantastic. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. "The hotel was in a great location and had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience marts, and pharmacies within seconds/minutes of stepping outside. The cleaning could use some help, the inside of the wardrobe was very dusty and had “mold” like marks over the mirror, I ended up living out of my suitcase as I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my things. The hotel and amenities are a little dated, but it’s not like that can’t be seen in the pictures. I stayed in a single bed room, it was perfect for me as a solo person, but the shower stall is small (like very tight- I’m about average build at 5’3). Also I did not have hot water at all, so that kind of sucked. They lack to mention that their plug ins are the 3-hole ones!! So if you’re bringing an adapter make sure you bring a 3-prong one!! The electricity times out as well, so if you have the light on, phone charging, and the tv on, it’ll cause the electricity to go out and you’re stuck waiting anywhere from 1-2hrs. I know this is common in other countries I’ve been too, but a heads up would have been appreciated…. Breakfast was nothing special (eggs, Canadian bacon, pastries, cheese, meats), it was decent, but I appreciated all the friendly waitstaff. With that said, I did enjoy my stay and always felt safe, and would return here again. 7.5/10"
