Fabulous stay at the Serena - I can't think of a more secure hotel. Firstly the English and Pakistan cricket team followed by an entourage from the Czech embassy meant security was always incredible tight. Staff were super friendly and the food at each restaurant was very nice. The complimentary mobile phone was also incredibly useful when out and about. Would certainly return if I'm ever back in Islamabad.

Stayed here with my wife after travelling from the UK and had an excellent experience. The room was immaculate and very modern, housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and room service was fast and available 24/7. A fantastic hotel that I’d happily return to, and one that truly deserves its five stars.

The place is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture, service and staff was great. They made sure we were comfortable and accommodated all our requests.
The food is great, we tried almost all food there and throughly enjoyed the morning breakfast as well
The close proximity to just about everything was also a great plus
Overall the staff made our 6 day stay very comfortable, We'll be back soon!
