"Incredibly kind owners who helped us a lot even with a language barrier. Extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay there. Hidden gem really! Although we had some trouble getting there as it is a bit off, but definitely worth it! Recommend taking a taxi! Will definitely return there in the future! "The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"A good hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. "This is the second time I've stayed at the Four Seasons, and each time has been impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the variety of resturants and service at each was excellent. I appreciated that every restaurant had several vegan options and was happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great, close to the subway and palace, which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."
