This hotel was wonderful! Even though the power went out from them wind storm, the staff was very kind and helped us in any way they could! Eventually the power turned back on and it was a great place to stay!

THE MATTRESS IN THE ROOM HAS A LOT TO BE DESIRED. ITS VERY LOW TO THE FLOOR AND IT MADE IT DIFFICULT TO GET TO SLEEP AS IT HAD A VERY HARD CARDBOARD FEEL TO IT. IM SURE IT WAS MORE THAN 20 YEARS OLD. WE WERE SURPRISED THERE WERE ONLY TWO PILLOWS ON THE KING BED. THE WASHCLOTHS WERE DIRTY AND STAINED. THE POOL WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE POOL WATER WAS A PERFECT TEMPERATURE. EASY ACCESS TO OUR ROOM FROM VEHICLE.

I check in for 6 nights with 3 people. The room had only 2 large towels. For a week?? REally??? And 1 and 1 1/2 roll of TP. The room was cleaned one time. I had to fight for Towels, TP and soap. The breakfast was ok. But, the indoor pool and hot tub were greatto have. I would stay here again. I

The front desk lady sugg6the overlook instead of the springs,and itvwas amazing and quiet. Stayed there for 3 hours. The room was good except the bed . It was a werid memory foam mattress and I would sink down inches and was pretty uncomfortable to move around on.
