Unforseen situation. The property is going under renovation. Understandable the business must go on, but for guest it is unpleasant scenery. Dust and debris in the property. Was not informed or gave a warning that a renovation is going on in the property. Swimming pool is cold, not in a pleasant condition. Breakfast was ok, but lobby was a bit of a mess due to on going construction. If we have known, we might have chosen a different hotel.

The hotel is under construction/ going through a remodel. The front entrance had a Home Depot like bucket filled with trash. There is yellow construction tape and boxes with furniture that needs to be set up in the lobby area. We almost thought the hotel was not even open due to the amount of boxes and construction going on the outside of the building.

They are currently doing construction on this property so the lobby area is a little bit of a mess. It probably would look better if they swept the area at the end of the day. Room was fine. Breakfast area is cute but a little cramped when it’s busy.

New rooms with not so fancy furnishings. Good responsive staffs proximity to all things near Page AZ. Restaurants , gas stations, walmart everything just a stones theow away. But even though the hotel was new the rooms ac and tv remotes didn't work and we were given another room to move to. Though they responded promptly but it was a big hassle for us after a long day and having unpacked things to only find out ac was not working, then had to pack and move again

Under construction. The sofa bed blanket bag did not have sheets or pillow cases in my room. When I called to request these items it took two calls because the first was never answered and I was told to come to the front desk to get them. I wasn’t asking for extra I was only asking for what should have been in the room already.

We stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Page, AZ from March 31 to April 1, 2026 (2 rooms, 1-bedroom suites, non-smoking), and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. There was active construction/renovation happening at the hotel, and this was not mentioned anywhere during booking. After driving for 8 hours, arriving to such a surprise was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the front desk staff was not helpful. The receptionist seemed unwilling to answer our questions or provide any clear information about the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We understand that renovations can happen, but guests should be clearly informed in advance. Transparency is very important, especially for travelers arriving after a long journey. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we hope the management improves communication with guests in the future.

This hotel is being renovated. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Front desk staff seemed to not really want to be there. After grabbing dinner and coming back to room. Found TV was not hooked up or plugged in. Could not reach cord to fix issue and was missing a cord. When I called down to desk was given no solution to the issue. The room was not ready for a guest to stay in. Then at 10:55pm a call was made to the room by the front desk. This call of course woke me up. They were looking for the owner of a specific vehicle. I was not the owner. Then was not able to go back to sleep. I would not stay here! They should not sell rooms that are not ready for guests. I received no assistance from the front desk. No offers of solutions or even a discount or refund. NOTHING!!! When I tried to go down to the desk that night and the next morning no one was ever there. Really frustrating and disappointing. No management to actually handle issues.

This hotel seemed to be nice except they were in the process of remodeling everything. The TV didn’t work never own curtains piled up outside our door and overall it just looked like a construction area. The owner did fix the TV but they were unsuccessful. The bed however, was amazing. That was amazing shower amazing to overall if they weren’t remodeling and it didn’t look like they’re remodeling it would’ve been a better stay.

We were placed in a room that is not fully ready to be occupied because of the property was being remodeled/construction. We were on the 3rd floor where construction was being performed. The tv had issues with streaming. Since we were unpacked, we decided to skip the Tv repair and not watch Tv. On the second night, the heating system failed and did not provide heat in the evening. The next morning I spoke with the Front office mgr. Ali about our negative experience and Ali agreed that the property should not be opened during major construction or should not have guests staying on the 3rd floor where the construction was being performed. Ali pointed the finger at the ownership for keeping the property open during construction. Ali offered to issue some kind of credit but stopped short when he said we ordered our room through Expedia a third party company and that he couldn’t issue any credit. Ali offered a 50% discount for a revisit knowing very well that we would not return to the property. I know Ali has the authority to issue a refund because he is the manager in charge. Because of Ali being unethical, I would not stay at a property where guests are not treated professionally.

Hotel doing lots of renovations but we had a fine room for the night. Staff helpful for area restaurants, breakfast extremely simple so don’t expect much. Great overnight while doing antelope canyon. Dam Bar Grille was great food, local spot great drinks close by

My wife made a mistake on the date she made a reservation for. Right after the reservation email came we saw it was wrong and we called Expedia to try to change the date. Expedia told us to talk to the property (that they would have to approve the change). We were in Page at the time so we went over there. They said we would need to speak with Expedia to approve the change. Then the lady at the counter got manager on the phone and she refused to allow us to change the date to when we need it in a few months. The date my wife mistakenly scheduled was for March 22, 2026. On March 19, 2026 (three days before our stay) Expedia withdrew the full amount. I’ve never been charged the full amount days BEFORE the date of the stay. All Expedia said was talk to the property. All the property would say is talk to Expedia. No flexibility to accommodate a customer.
