The breakfast staff were excellent and very kind. Front desk were o.k but we didn’t get the service we were expecting. Make sure all you communication with the front desk staff are in writing . There were too many charges charged to us that were unnecessary. Overall location was beautiful but we were not satisfied with the service.

Our stay was made very comfy in a very relaxing area of lake Garda. Natalie and Antonio was especially helpful, the only negative would be the charge for using the hot tub and bathrobes. Overall would totally recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. Good location just by the water and a little harbor. Breakfast is also nice. Minus for service and facilities. Even though the hotel said that some services was possible to get, they were not. For example you can’t get anything to drink or eat at the hotel during midday/afternoon. When restaurant is closed there’s no kiosk or snack bar. Then you have to go just outside the hotel the then closest bar. Same thing with ironing service. They clame to have it but they couldn’t provide it when asked. But overall a good hotel with very nice rooms and good location!
