I went with my family and had my own car. Good parking with fence. A lovely hotel with everything you could need. Clean room, room big enough with terasse, pool was not crowded and well managed. Staff was helpful and serviceminded. I can recommend and will absolutely book this hotel again.

Good hotel. Breakfast was very good Italian style - 5 stars. Small Kitchen with good fridge. Great balcony with view to Lake Garda! Great to have a bottle of wine after a day exploring the sights. Staff was super accommodating, good tips for restaurants. Helped with the reservations every night. Great fenced parking space, with a space for each apartment. Very convenient Great stay

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had a nice view. Would recommend to someone looking to stay a short time in the area. Only downside is you’re not close to many of the main attractions in the area.

The room was maasive with a washing machine and large balcony. Absolutely great for families. We were here for 4 days and really got the rest we needed. The rooms are well air conditioned and clean. The cleaners were very helpful and kind. They have 2 pools but we spent most of the time at the main one. There were enough sun loungers for everyone.

Family holiday in Lake Garda

We had a lovely stay at Le Terrazze sul lago. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The main pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and there is a smaller pool the other side of the complex. The suite was spacious comprising of double bedroom, bathroom and large room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and hob. The double bed was very comfortable, one of the sofa beds was slightly sunken in the middle so not as comfortable. There was also a large balcony with somewhere to hang towels/clothes to dry. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. I would strongly recommend you hire a car to get around. There is a gated carpark which is secure and safe.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a big balcony and had everything needed for a family. The staff was very attentive, breakfast and pool perfect and location fantastic. The lake is a 5 min walk, bus stop and port were within 10 min as we mainly used public transport. Downtown Padenghe was a beautiful surprise.

Has potential, buy there is a safety issue

We stayed in a one bed suite, it was ok, but basic. There was a safety issue due to a very aggressive dog next door that jumped up on our shared balcony wall twice. We requested a move to another apartment which was facilitated. We feel this issue must be addressed before we would consider returning. On a positive note the pool was well maintained with life guards present daily and the staff a very professional. Overall 7/10

We recently stayed at Le Terrazze Sul Lago Residence & Hotel with our two children in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering convenience and comfort for our family. The easy parking was a big plus, especially after long days of exploring. We loved the excellent breakfast, which set us up well for our adventures around Lake Garda. What really stood out was the fantastic service from all the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. While the facilities were basic, they met all our family's needs perfectly. The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we had a car to travel around the lake. If you're looking for a family-friendly base to explore Lake Garda, Le Terrazze Sul Lago is a great choice. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable, well-run, and in a good spot for sightseeing. We would stay again and hopefully in summer when the pool would be open.

Great place for families!

We are a family of 5 (kids 4,7, 12) and had a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel. The rooms were as expected, and the beds are comfortable. We were really happy about the breakfast as well. 5 minutes walk to the lake and a handfull of restaurants in the area. Free fenced parking right outside the hotel. The pools are clean, and not crowded at all. Do not expect everything to be spotless and perfect, but you will get outstanding service from the staff. From the hotel manager who greated us when we arrived, to the restaurant manager, receptionists, waiters and cleaners. They all did everything they could, to make our stay as good as possible. We would definetely come back! Grazie mille!

Cleaning and changing towels only once a week. There are many spiders and ants in the room... You need to take out the garbage by yourself. You need to ask for shampoo and toilet paper every day, in the morning, because in the evening no one would help you. The wifi is very weak.

We were greeted very well by one of the receptionists. She showed me around the property, suggested restaurants nearby, helped with the boat ferry, and suggested places to park in neighboring areas. Our apartment had a leak in the air conditioning, so we were greeted by a bucket and hose from the ceiling upon entry. The bedspreads had so much dirt, dust, and bugs on it, that I should have asked for a different room. I ended up killing at least 5 flies that were in our bathroom. I liked the floorplan; kitchen/living area, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom/shower, and bedroom with bunk beds. However, the light switches were so confusing in the flat that we couldn't figure out which one turned on which light. The information in the rooms about the gate codes was wrong and should have been updated. There was other information on there that was incorrect, too. They do offer a wakeup service and they were very punctual. The pools and landscaping was beautiful. Parking in the lot was weird as there was no order to the numbered spots in the parking lot. Accessing the WiFi and trash areas was easy. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the tall, bald man (owner or manager, perhaps) never smiled, rolled his eyes at my inquiries, yelled at my older son when he got up to use the restroom in the restaurant. When we checked out, there was a different woman at the desk. She did not tell me what needed to be done when I said I was checking out; she just took my keys without asking for the tax

Wir waren nun das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel, werden aber definitiv nicht mehr wieder kommen. Das gebuchte Studio war dreckig, alt und fiel halb auseinander. Angefangen von den Klimaanlagen, die nicht wirklich kühlten. Hin zu Handtüchern, auf denen bereits am Anreisetag fremde Haare waren. Ebenso wie im Bett. Weiter mit dem Badezimmer, dessen Unterbau einem halb entgegenkam und dessen Fugen deutlichen Schimmelbefall hatten. Und auch bei der Kochniesche wurde es leider nicht besser. Alle Töpfe waren schmutzig, alles an Besteck mussten wir erstmal spülen. Ecklig. Die Kühlschranktüre fiel fast aus der Verankerung und der Kühlschrank war alt und kühlte nicht. Als dann aber am Kochzubehör noch alte Nudelreste klebten, hat es uns gereicht und wir haben uns beschwert. Denn das Zimmer war mit über 200 Euro pro Nacht nicht günstig. Und bei 4 Sternen sollte man selbst in Italien etwas besseres erwarten können. Wir konnten dann in ein modernisiertes Zimmer umziehen. Das war insgesamt besser, der Herd funktionierte aber mit den Töpfen vor Ort nicht und die Haare auf den Handtüchern blieben leider auch. Alles in allem war das Hotel sicher mal gut, aber Preis-Leistung stimmen absolut nicht mehr. Wer alte Zimmer anbietet, sollte dafür wenigstens einen günstigeren Preis aufrufen.
