"I booked a room with a king bed and got a room with two twins. The HVAC went on every 5 minutes and sounded like a jet taking off. Sleepless night...Horrible experience. I also had an unauthorized charge of $73 even though the room was prepaid. The total bill was nearly $500. A complete ripoff..."
"The staff were absolutely amazing, my traveling companion is blind. At one point I had to leave him at the front door, one of the front desk ladies helped him use the elevator and got him to the room that we were staying in. He said the button configuration in the elevator was confusing to him as an American. He had difficulty reading the Braille, because the floor buttons were lower than he is used to.
The biggest negative was that there are no drawers and no bureaus in any of the rooms. We asked at the front desk if the room we were in was unusual and they said , no only one room in the facility has a chest of drawers. There are six hangers to split between the two of us and two luggage racks to use. We asked for a third and they said they did not have one. However , on the second day , another was located. The luggage racks were a game changer. Because we were basically living out of our suitcases."
"We loved this hotel. It’s in a great location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but very nicely decorated. Nice bed linens. They have top personal care items in the bathroom. And a Nepresso machine. The breakfast was delicious and fast. We loved the charm of this old school hotel - doorman, hotel bill under your door in the morning, small elevator. We will definitely stay again."
"A great place to stay especially if you are going on a cruise. The amenities are good. The gym was large. They have a newly renovated spa. All the toiletries were nice. Sushi was good and a nice place to sit and people watch."
