"If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day. "Room was ample for 3 people, clean, had own bathroom and A/C. About location, it is about 45 to 50 minutes away bus ride from the island, however the bus stop is less than hundred meters away from the hotel, so drive a little save a lot, properties close to island are more expensive and probably don’t provide the same comfort. Very happy with this place, we would definitely use it again."
