Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. A great base for our family trip to Tokyo and DisneySea.

We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

"The pictures online do not accurately represent the hotel rooms. We were in a very outdated room, with mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls and lamps and air conditioning that barely worked. I was uncomfortable the entire stay and could not wait to leave. Would not recommend this hotel."
