Overall a lovely stay. Food at breakfast wasn’t the best but suitable. Staff were excellent and service top rate. Hotel looked a bit tired in a few areas (carpets frayed in our bedroom). It’s probably a Japan thing, but nowhere to put the shower head so you can stand u set it. You had to hold it in your hand.

The breakfast was amazing. Wonderful food, lovely garden and tree view out the window. The property furniture is worn in places, but all is very clean.
