"Hotel is directly across the street from a modern shopping mall with lots of food choices. There’s a John Lewis department store. Walk through t the mall’s other side to find a major bus center including the Oxford bus to Heathrow. The hotel has 2 guest elevators, only one of which worked during my 4-day stay. "The dinner was expensive, service was good. The room was clean , tidy but the shower dribbled water out & toilet wouldn't flush properly. I think there's an issue with old plumbing. Gym was reasonable. Check out easy. "
