"Absolutely superb in every way; about 4th time we have stayed in 6-7 years, though several upgrades/refurbished areas apparent this visit. Lovely in every way and service excellent. The breakfast display and variety is even better, and the room/bed SO comfortable. The ONLY disappointment is now having to pay £10/night to park on site, especially when occupancy was not full and IHG Holiday Inn at Peartree roundabout charge £6 which location is more understandable to deter city visitors from...

"Charming, clean, modern hotel in the heart of Oxford. Fun update of an old department store. Staff were so friendly. Desk clerk sat with us at check in for five minutes to discuss his favorite places in Oxford. Would definitely stay again! Also has a great bar. "

"Excellent stay. Rooms - spacious, clean and large 50 inch TV is great. Breakfast - fantastic. Nice veggie sausages and excellent hash browns - English breakfast was excellent. Only thing that could be improved is having cheese in the breakfast. Swimming pool/spa - pool a bit shallow, but otherwise fine. Would have been incredible if there were a jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna are both great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. On check in I left a review about the lack of toiletries...
