"The hot tub was out of order, the room had no ventilation. Paint was chipping on the inside of the shower walls. The smell made me sick and dizzy most of my stay from the strong smell of chlorine from the pool. It was quiet though for the most part. "

The Pros: Convenient Light rail 1 block away Breakfast (not free, decent) On site bar with small menu Air temp control in room Reliable internet Staff at all levels were ALL really, really nice - consistently so 96% of the time it was quiet The Cons: Saggy mattress, way too soft, hard to get comfortable Eco friendly soap/shampoo containers didn't work (empty/bad pumps) Takes FOREVER to get hot water in sink or shower, wasteful (it got scalding hot but took 4 full minutes to do so) Fixed running toilet myself 7 times (easy but annoying) In room coffee pot broke on my last morning there right when I dearly needed a 5am cuppa joe Lots to like but the bad/saggy mattress and cold water are deal breakers for me. "

"The staff was initially friendly. The water heater went out and nothing was communicated. When we called they got standoffish. Also the electrical outlets were touchy, if you plugged the hair dryer in too far they didn't work. The maintenence guy they sent up was great! Also maybe I missed it but it would have been nice to know parking wasnt included. Shuttle service to the airport was wonderful and very helpful. "

"For the price, I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue with staff, which is really super minor, is that the cleaners didnt seem to have a list of who was checking out, when. They knocked every day for cleaning, instead of waiting until we checked out. But they were nice and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable, and the room was in good shape. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was silly, but at least they have something. And I love that they have coffee and hot cocoa available all day! I travel to Minneapolis several times a year. I'm glad I discovered this place, because I will definitely be returning!"

"Very nice place to stay, clean and quiet. Only problem was we smelled smoke during the night and found out the floor above us is a smoking floor."
