Friendly staff, quick check in process. Room was clean and comfortable, I was surprised tho how small the room was. Basic breakfast in the morning was good. We were however, disappointed that the pool/hot tub was closed.

The room was clean and quiet. However, I had trouble sleeping due to a bright white light that flashed every few minutes from the fire alarm or some other light fixture along the ceiling during the night. That was a frustrating experience. The breakfast was fine but had minimal options.

The staff was my favorite part of this stay. They make you feel safe and at home. I slept comfortably. It’s outdated but it was very clean and that’s what’s important to me. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

Clean and comfortable. Good thermostat in room and we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves! Breakfast left something to be desired though - mostly cereals and they had no milk:(

When we checked in the pool area was very crowded with very loud music playing. Seemed like there was a party, but the music was excessive. The room was dirty, including the walls and ceiling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The self-serve pancake maker was a lot of fun for my son.

Room could have used a better eye for detail, didnt appear floors had been vacuumed or swept. Pool facilities were nice. Breakfast options were a bit lack luster. Would have been nice to have some kind of egg option and maybe a warm protein, but for hotel breakfast I suppose it was ok.

The staff and Expedia were extremely helpful ironing out a mistake I have made in booking two reservations online. Thank you! Our only complaint is the breakfast. It is completely minimal with almost no protein. There was not even peanut butter for the bagels or toast. Boiled eggs would also be a nice addition. And something to be desired. But the area was very clean.

Room is clean, yes but I can smell odor, especially even someone is cooking in their room. Pool area is great but a lot of grimes on pool and hot tub walls. Both are very cloudy. I am very satisfied with this customer service at desk or sleep in the room. I

Great however there is no dresser in the room to put your clothing only the wardrobe. Also the shower is extremely slippery so you need to be careful as there is no grip.

You get what you pay for

Stayed for two nights while in Faribault for a work trip. The bed, furniture and bathroom were clean. However, the outlets were dirty, like someone had touched them with food grease on their hands. The staff was short and to the point but that was fine by me. The breakfast was pretty standard. The first night I stayed was a little noisy, and there were some sketchy people outside, however, the second night was just fine. Overall, it was inexpensive and did the job. You get what you pay for.
