Everything about this property was perfect! Truly a home away from home for my family, including my dog! All of the staff were very nice and helpful, all essentials that my family needed for our week’s stay was in our unit, and the hotel location was in close proximity of everywhere we needed to visit. This will be the only hotel I reserve when I travel to Overland Park, and I highly recommend it to future travelers!

There was a delayed check-in time for my stay that had not been communicated prior to my arrival at the advertised check-in time. The change was manageable for me but it did cause an unexpected change in plans. Everything else was better than I'd expected and staff was amazing.

The rooms were spotless and although I didn't have daily service on towels, sheets, etc. I had no complaints. The only hitch was that I requested early check-in ( 2 hours ahead of standard check-in time) and was told that yes, the room was ready but there would be a $75 charge for early check-in. That was a very large gouge and I opted not to play that game. I was ready and the room was ready so why a large fee for a courtesy that was completely NO trouble to anyone? The kitchen could have been better equipped but since I ate very few meals there, no problem. Everything else about my stay was very good.

We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again.

Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!

The facility was perfect location for our weekend activities and we loved having the kitchen to bake food in for a family gathering we attended. We were traveling with extended family so having the 2 bedroom, 2 bath units was so handy. Everything was clean and tidy, in great shape and the staff were professional. We will be back!
