DO NOT BOOK WITH EVOLVE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I strongly advise against booking any property associated with EVOLVE. I had a confirmed reservation from Friday through Monday, had already been charged, and received a valid access code. After notifying them of a delayed arrival, we entered the property Saturday morning using the code they provided—only to find another couple staying there. EVOLVE had apparently moved those guests into our reserved property and canceled my reservation without notice. I spent over two hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, while they falsely claimed I had canceled. I had confirmation of the reservation, the charge, and proof of my communication with them. This was more than an inconvenience—it was a serious safety concern. If we had arrived as planned around 2 AM, we could have unknowingly entered an occupied property while someone was sleeping inside. The situation could have easily escalated. EVOLVE showed no accountability, concern for our safety, or meaningful effort to make things right. They mishandled the reservation, provided access to an occupied property, and shifted the blame onto me. I would never trust EVOLVE with another reservation. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
