"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was unclean and our toilet seat was broken. We complained but didn't get an answer until the next day. I must say that Kimberly took care of all of our issues the next day but we should have never walked into a room with so many problems. There was let over food on the floor from the previous party. My daughter's room had a broken sick. Here ironing board was broken, and we didn't even have an iron in our room. The pillowcases didn't fit the pillows and the bed frame was broken. So many problems at this hotel. It looks beautiful from the pictures but the inside was horrible. "

"First time staying at Hollywood casino but been to every other casino there and all the ones that are now gone, the place is a ghost town around there . Bed was comfortable and room was clean but the noise they keep playing all night long out in the casino sounds like it was right near our room and couldn't sleep for nothing with that going on."

"Our stay was very nice. The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected so I was expecting for our room to not be ready however, they had a room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and I like that they switch the items up. The pool area was also nice and clean. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I really liked how this hotel made sure that everything was clean."
