Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"The Views from the Balcony are Amazing and receiving a Free Welcome pack was so nice. They took care of the Airport transfers and the Breakfast was incredible. The best of all was the beautiful location in the centre of Marrakech. "

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!"

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "
