"This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here with my family. The time before this one I felt like the staff was very short and rude. Assuming I maybe caught someone on a bad day I brushed it off. This time, I’m absolutely certain everyone who works there hates their job. The receptionists were “ok”. The bar/restaurant staff are fireable based on their attitude alone not to mention they won’t stay off their phones long enough to take your order. Our stay was for 3 days and when housekeeping came in 1 time to clean but yet they were there daily to take our dirty towels didn’t leave clean towels. When we contacted the front desk by phone we were put on hold for 17 minutes. I finally set the phone down and walked to the office to get them. When I returned to the room, I was still on hold. Lastly, the first 2 years we stayed there the pool was clean and poolside bar was open. I know they are hot springs and maybe that’s hard to keep clean but the pools and hot tubs were absolutely nasty. Poolside bar was closed so if you wanted poolside drinks you were forced to deal with the 2 peaches at the bar upstairs. There are a lot of other options for lodging and a lot of them do not participate in sites like Expedia. Do a little research."

"We had a very comfortable stay at Main Street inn . We stayed in the Miner’s lodge . It is two floors , had a well equipped kitchen , bathroom on both floors , good bed and a nice balcony. The location was great as we could walk to the box canyon falls, shops on the Main Street and the hot springs . The balcony had a great view. The staff was very helpful ."

"Such a beautiful ranch themed hotel with spacious hotel room with 2 huge king size bed, nicely maintained. The view from balcony is unreal, stream is flowing with beautiful tracking and mountain behind. I felt this place worth so much more than a typical hotel. Must recommend. I and my family enjoyed the property. It has complimentary breakfast available as well English style. Loved every thing about the property."

"Simply put, we would stay there again in a flash. It's not a big fancy hotel, but for a place to stay in Ouray, Colorado, it's just fine. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean. You can tell they care about the place and the people who stay there. And that's huge. It's in a good location, a little away from downtown but next to the riverwalk, which provides a nice path to downtown."

"We had a suite with 2 king beds and it was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for exploring Ouray - hikes, restaurants, and hot spring pool very close. Breakfast was included and from a Mexican restaurant on town - was a short walk from the hotel and very good."
