"This was our first experience staying at a Hoshino Resorts property, and we arrived with high expectations. Our experience fully lived up to them. Many staff members spoke a good level of English, which added warmth and enjoyment to our stay. The front desk was also especially helpful with arranging bookings during the Japanese national holidays, Golden Week. We look forward to trying other Hoshino Resorts properties in the future."
"the staff is very nice; but the hotel is kind of out dated, the wall in the room is fixed but didn't apply paint on it; but at least it is clean; all the rooms are located on 2nd floor and the hotel don't have elevator and we have to carry our luggages up and down; really hope they will renovate in the near future"
"The owner was very helpful. They came in clutch when we had to bring our dog and there were no rooms available with pets. Definitely coming back since Unit B had a gorgeous view."
