"My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel itself is very well placed and the Hivernage area as a whole is very nice and feels safe. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and have toiletries and a safe provided as well as slippers and robes. The breakfast is very good with a good choice of pastries, breads and preserves. It is Morocco so you also get traditional breads/pancakes vegetables etc. The pool area is really great and we spent a good amount of time after a day exploring sitting by the pool with a cocktail or coffee. A big mention and thank you to the reception staff who helped me enormously when my daughter was unwell on our last day. They helped looked up a pharmacy for me and arrange transport. They are all so lovely, really caring and helpful. We 100% recommend this hotel for a stay while visiting Marrakesh"
