"Everything was well done, with one exception. Best first: The linens and towels in the room were very fresh and clean, and the room was generally clean (bathroom very clean). However, there was more dust in some places (fireplace mantel for example) than should have been. The wood floor also was a bit dustier than it should have been. Some corners had more small debris than should have been. I think housekeeping could do a little better job with floors and places they may think are out of the way. A bit more deep cleaning in other words. I think the room may not have been occupied for awhile, but all the more reason to do a run through and freshen things a bit. Otherwise, very good."

"We are already looking at reservations to stay here again next year!! We loved our room & the great folks up front. All of our interactions with the staff were great. There was one gal on the cleaning staff that was exceptional. I wish I had gotten her name! She seemed so happy to help me with anything. I commented previously that I wish there were more protein options at breakfast, but apparently, they have a hot breakfast on the weekends. It was very good & the young gal working that day was awesome. She greeted every guest & offered them the scrambled (fresh) eggs & sausage. It was very good too. They have a lot of bread or muffins for toast. Our room was very spacious & so comfortable! We cannot wait to come back to this great hotel."

"The property is dated, basically all the hotels in the area are dated. Close to some restaurants. Ground floor facing west, you get to pull right up to your patio in a reserved parking spot. Great if you have dogs that need to go out quickly."

"Room was small but really well appointed. Comfortable bed. Loved the fireplace. The balcony and view were great. The room was very clean on check-in. Maid service had to be requested on days after that. Microwave and fridge were clean and appreciated. The price for a beachfront room was fantastic. I'd recommend."

"Room was clean, the furniture are old but clean. beautiful bay view and just there by the water. Dogs are welcome but no smell of pet . I wish if staffs are more friendly."

"Not bad for the price. The room itself was acceptable and mostly clean, and the fridge was in good working condition. Free parking was also a nice bonus. The biggest downside was the shower, which was extremely small and cramped. Overall, though, it was a decent stay for the price."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We rented the room the night before our wedding and did our wedding on the beach and it made it so convenient. They offer a continental breakfast and the staff is always friendly and the view from the first floor was amazing. Would stay here again."
