Property is in a hard to get to area, surrounded by homeless. The door room cards don’t even work to open main doors and you have buzz in a staff at the front everytime. The staff was very kind although the rooms were missing the actual coffee said was gonna be provided already and no microwave.

The room was decent, and I was impressed that they had the tv station TCM, something in my experience many higher class hotels don't have. Also impressed that the bathroom has a bathtub, not just a stand-up shower. Not much view at the back of the building, but it was quiet. I did find that people on the street could get in fairly easily when a guest used a key card to get into the hotel through the sliding entrance door, and I did find a sleepy (fortunately not aggressive) fellow wandering the hallway hoping to find some comfort in getting into someone's room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and cooperative. As soon you enter, you can smell strong spices in the whole lobby which feels bad. Lobby areas are not well maintained, there's a clear lack of maintenance, worn-out carpet and furniture, but rooms and washrooms are decently clean. It was expensive and without Breakfast. If it wasn't for the homeless drug addicted population in that neighbourhood, the location is very good, near countless tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities.
