Requested room off the road and was accommodated. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff were super friendly, loaned us a steamer from their house. Kitchen was great, unit was roomy, could use a bit of updating but comfortable and convenient.

Great staff

We had a wonderful stay ! Very friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even our washing which we were grateful for as we’d had a long day cycling! Quiet surrounds and the pool was very welcome. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for our needs. Nice to have pool on a hot day. Dated but comfortable. Would have been nice to have milk and ordinary teabags, only Earl Gray provided. Unfortunately very noisy people in unit next door, coming and going, very loud, until 4am. Would recommend

The motel is located next to the state highway, convenient to access, to 15 minutes from the Waitomo caves. The host, Margeret is very friendly and helpful. She provided milk when we checked-in, and also offered to dry our wet cloth that we got from the previous activity. Although the facility is not the newest but it's very clean and convenient. I am happy that we stayed there for the night.

Nice and clean, family friendly

Margaret was super friendly. We had a nice 2-bedroom with kitchenette. Not super fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. Good location only 5 minutes from the Kiwi house and 15 minutes from the Glow worm caves. There's a small pool, which was nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay: friendly staff, very quiet room with no traffic noise. Clean room,comfortable bed and nice bathroom with high pressure shower. Wifi would have been useful plus a small jug, so we can refill the kettle as the bathroom sink is too small to fit the kettle under the tap.
