A beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel. We thought that the breakfast was a little underwhelming and there is no restaurant out of season, however there are plenty of good places to eat in Osuna or the towns nearby. Our room was fabulous and would happily stay there again. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite having to sit in the central courtyard in the cold!

Fantastic

This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time it’s absolutely gorgeous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Quiero decir que este hotel no es un 4 estrellas Está en una calle preciosa y bien ubicado NO es un hotel para personas que tienen problemas subiendo escalones Hay elevador , pero lo absurdo es que para subir a todos los cuartos hay que subir escaleras y esto es muy incómodo con el equipaje El desayuno es realmente malo y además muy mal presentado El personal del hotel es amable La limpieza deja mucho que desear, los sillones que teníamos en el cuarto estaban todos sucios

They do not offer parking off site. You must drive around town till you find street parking. Which is impossible. The room is dated (to be expected) but somethings like a hole in the bottom of the door leading outside, should be addressed. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Lamentablemente al principio creíamos que podíamos tener una estancia agradable pero hoy hemos encontrado cucarachas (una en cada habitación) de distinto tamaño. Al coméntalo en recepción la respuesta ha sido muy decepcionante

Tuvimos problemas ya para acceder al hotel varias calles cortadas impedían acceder con el coche el cual tuvimos que aparcar a 700 metros del hotel y andar con el equipaje. Tenía escaleras para subir a las habitaciones y te cuesta subir el equipaje. El desayuno muy escaso y poca limpieza además del salón muy frío y poco apetecible recrearse con el desayuno. Por lo demás el hotel muy bonito

Al Palacio le falta más gusto, más detalles, más alegria, quizás algunas flores. Es poco acogesor, la verdad. El desayuno no vale la pena pagarlo. A precio de hotel 4 estrellas pero todo resumido en una mesa de 2,5 m. El personal del hotel muy amable

Es como un antiguo palacio muy bien conservado, limpio, el personal, muy agradable, en una buena ubicación en Osuna, con toda clase de servicios cercanos (tiendas, restauración, pastelería...)

El edificio muy bonito pero necesita una reforma total y un diseño acorde. Parece un hotel de tres estrellas. El cuarto de baño anticuado e incómodo. El desayuno muy pobre. El personal encantador, y la ubicación perfecta para visitar Osuna.

Yövyimme markiisin makuuhuoneessa, tilaa oli mukasti ja parvekekkin, joka tosin oli enemmän lintujen käytössä. Aamupala oli runsas ja aamukahvitila mukava. Hotelli onl ähellä pääkatua ja lyhyt kävelymatka kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin.

Très belle étape

Excellent hébergement dans le centre de Osuna. Le personnel est tres accueillant et agréable. Bon petit petit-déjeuner. Une batisse ancienne avec du caractère. Je recommande vivement cette étape dans cette petite ville de caractère.

Bon hôtel à Osuna

Bon hôtel malgré un personnel peu accueillant. Nous avons tenté de les joindre au téléphone pour avoir des conseils pour se garer pas de réponse. Sinon l'hôtel a un certain charme, un peu désuet avec un coté Disneyland mais sympathique.

Muy recomendable

Hemos pasado tres noches en este precioso hotel. La habitación muy cómoda, la cama estupenda, no hemos añorado la nuestra. Está en una zona a pocos minutos caminando del centro, pero bastante tranquila. El personal de recepción muy eficiente, tanto a la entrada como a la salida y con todo lo que le pedimos. Muy recomendable
