"No es nada como lo anuncian, NO hay acceso al roof top que sale en la foto,estaba cerrada el acceso a esa terraza de la foto. No tiene estacionamiento, es en la calle y no se puede llegar en coche a la propiedad, eso lo avisan demasiado tarde. No hacen las camas de los dos cuartos a menos que se pida y cobran por sábanas extra. Anuncian algo que no ofrecen. El anuncio debería estar adecuado a lo que realmente es."

"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. "Fabulous pools and beach, superb breakfasts, lovely room and a good location for touring. The fact that the hotel also hosts corporate events didn’t bother us at all. Front of house staff were amazingly helpful. Restaurant staff varied a lot. Some were attentive without being intrusive but on a couple of occasions we felt a bit ‘invisible’. We appreciate that it is a difficult balance. Compared to restaurants in local towns, the evening hotel menu was uninspiring rather expensive - our only niggle. We were glad that we had just booked B&B and hired a car."

"I would give 10 stars if it were available! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a trullo which was perfection. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and all high-quality and very tasteful. The owner is so kind and makes you feel right at home. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer (we stayed two nights.) a lovely breakfast is included. which included lovely, pastries, , fruits,, yogurts, meats, cheese, and the possibility of egg dishes. The location is idyllic, about 15 minutes outside of Ostuni, making it convenient, but outside the bustle of the city, but not remote. The gated property felt very secure, yet we could come and go at will. In Short, we felt lucky: and privileged to have found this perfect place to stay. One hint: to reach the property, using GPS, use the name of the property, Feudi Mandolivo, and it should guide you straight to the gate. Do not use the address, as that will take you to the wrong location. ,"

Hotel La Terra

10/10 Excellent

"The staff at Hotel La Terra were all friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop-off at remote parking was always available, quick, and easy. Breakfast was vary good and included a variety of quality items, some hot, pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh cakes and pies, coffee, cereal, etc. Access to room was 24 hr. Lovely space with opening windows in our room, large shower and bath area, small couch. We had a triple room that included a single bed. The hotel has a perfect location in the old town. I'd definitely stay at LaTerra again."
