"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming. With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself. The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it."
