Friendly staff and really helpful. Room was very clean and air conditioning very welcome. Number 5 bus takes you into Annecy,staff happy to give a map and explain . We did get on the wrong bus coming back,but driver told us to stay on and drove us back to the correct bus stop, again really helpful. You really need to be able to go into Annecy for dinner,there's not much near the hotel except one fish restaurant.

We spent one night at La Source Bleu whilst travelling through France. What a fantastic hotel. Nathalie and the team (Sandrine, Amina and Julien) are very friendly and made us feel welcome. My family of 5 had a great stay with a large 3 double bedroom appartment which was very clean and had everything we needed.
Herve was an excellent host and really looked after us and the super breakfast kept us going for hours.

During my stay of a few days, Staff always very pleasant, courteous and always a smile irrespective what time of day it was. Reception & restaurant staff fluent in english & I believe other languages.
Booked as a single occupancy my room was quite large complete with a big double bed, so plenty of room.
Room always found tidy & clean at the end of the day with the bathroom towels hanging up nice & tidy.
Breakfast always a good buffet, with choice of cereals, croissants,joghurts, fresh...
