1人旅、道路沿いですが少し分かりづらいので表示⑧を目指して来て下さい、海沿いです。敷地内は掃除か行き届いてて綺麗、共同炊事場もあり食器、フライパン、ガスコンロまで設置されてます。水はサーバーがあり安全 1ペソ200cc何時でも冷たい水、お湯も出ます、オーナーは親切で優しく良い人、また泊まりたいです。オーナーありがとう。

We had a fabulous stay at this resort. Inexpensive yet very clean and has access to the water. An elevated dining area just over the water makes for a memorable dining experience soothed by the sea breeze to temper the hot humid day.

You can cook your own food instead of buying or eating in a restaurant..owner is friendly, the whole place is good, except for the aircon which is very noisy, hope they could fix it..but we will definitely come Back here to stay and enjoy bonding with our staff.

small but cute place
checkin was easy, staff was accommodating. The place was just a bit far from the whale shark attraction, and no restaurants nearby. we have to take a ride to the town market.

The staff was fantastic! You should meet the owner herself—She is sooo sweet and sharing. Her brother is very helpful & responsible too as he arranged my whaleshark trip! Something off my bucket list now. There is a good restaurant (AC Payalok) about 5min away (near where the Quartel is but if Alex is free, you can ask him to buy back. There’s also an excellent chicken manok( grilled chicken) place at the whale watching site (20m from the sea) only for 220p -240p for the entire chicken with hanging rice. Tip: the whalewatching Q may take 1-2h and they’ll give you a ticket number m. So if you have to wait you may want to head there to eat. Tell the annoucer with the mic that you’re going off too eat& If you’ve missed your turn you can tell them and they’ll slip you right back into the Q. The sea view& breeze from the inn is great! Some rooms have a fan & some have AC. Mine had the fan which was good enough as it was cold at night. Her neighbours have chickens which woke me up at 1am. Just bring your towels& toiletries too! This is a basic place but the service is excellent!

Friendly and welcoming accommodation
While I was just staying one night at Maxvir Inn, Virgie, the owner, made me feel extremely welcome. The guide and driver they arranged for my time in Oslob was excellent and very friendly. My cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable and you could hear the sea from inside it which was nice. If I were to return to Oslob I'd stay here again without a doubt.

Cute, economical and friendly.
Really cute place. We had the tiny bamboo huts which are very inexpensive. The CR is shared but clean. The owners were very nice and helpful. Not a five star hotel, but right on the water, and about 11km from the Whale Sharks.

Great place to stay!
This place felt like home since the beginning. The place is really nice and quiet. They have video karaoke and an amazing view and access to the sea. All the staff was friendly and kind. They were really helpful and gave us some good recommendations about oslob and activities. Thank you everyone we definitely come back.

Good for the price paid
Beautiful ocean view, resort well maintained and clean, rooms in average conditions, but very noisy air con. The bad thing, unfortunately, not easy to sleep well due to the environmental noise, the room is too close to the road. High traffic during the night.

Best little bungalow in the Oslob area
I stayed in the coolest little beach bungalow/tiny house at Maxvir Inn Beach Resort. They’re located right on the water, and have their own private swimming area/ocean entrance. There is a kitchen, with free filtered water, and the nicest people you will ever meet. Each member of the family made a point to chat with me about their favorite Oslob secrets and ask me about life in California. They even invited me to sing karaoke with me one night when they rented a videoke machine for their personal use! They're just far enough from town that it felt rustic rather than touristy… while still being walking distance from the touristy stuff. (It takes about 15-20 minutes.) There is a little shop right there for your convenience. One final touch: when it was time for me to leave, I needed to catch a bus to Bato, to take the ferry to Dumaguete. Just then, it started raining... and the owner came out to wait in the rain with me and make sure that I didn't have any trouble flagging down the bus. I'm 99% sure it would have driven right by without his help -- truly above and beyond what I could have expected.

Amazing !
Everything was lovely from start to finish. Sorted out transport for us for great prices. Room was small but it's a little hut so expected ! Comfortable and exactly like pictures. Was able to swim in the ocean right on our accomadation.staff were amazing and very friendly. Would definitely be back !

Incredible value, beautiful location!
All I can say isn’t wow. Beautiful clear ocean that the property is right next to. We stayed in the budget accommodation here which was a simple bamboo hut - communal cooking area and bathrooms which were always kept clean, but you can also stay in rooms with private bathroom, even right on the sea if you wish. Free drinking water for guests, good free WiFi, and excellent owners! If this is your first stop upon arrival in Cebu Airport, you will need to get a taxi (php 250-500 depending on white or yellow cabs) to the bus station. There is only one so they will know where you need to go. Then get a bus (php 135 approx pp) headed for Oslob. Tell the conductor or driver that you want to stop at Maxvir Inn Beach Resort (most locals speak English and are very helpful so will be able to help you stop at the right place if you are unsure.) The place is quiet (depending on who else is staying there) apart from the occasional bus/lorry, and the staff will help you organise trips/whaleshark watching/motorbike hire etc from reception. I can’t reccomend this place more whether you are travelling on your own, a couple or a family!

A home away from home.
Staff treat you like family and so welcoming and helpful. The guide they provided me with was great. He made me feel safe and uncomfortable while making sure I wasn't taken advantage of. The view of the ocean was STUNNING. Simple shower in a cemented cubicle but clean and all you need for travelling. No served food but guide can take you down the road to restaurants. I would definitely go back!

走路到OSLOB市區約30分鐘可接受，老闆人很好，旅館旁邊就是海邊可以直接下去游泳。房間不算大，就一張雙人床和走道大小，但很舒適及有個人空間

Très sympathique !
Séjour de 2 nuits dans une petite maisonnette en bambou bien aménagée (ventilateur, moustiquaire, ustensiles de cuisine) avec un petit patio extérieur très agréable. La mer est juste à côté mais il n'y a pas d'espace plage, impossible de mettre sa serviette sur le sable c'est dommage. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Espace cuisine commune très pratique, sanitaire propre. À 5min en tricycle du centre ville donc éloigné du brouhahaha c'est parfait. Je recommande !

Nice staff, nice location, and nice view!
It's an wonderful and pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommended. If you plan to go Oslob, don't miss MAXVIR! I'm definitely willing to visit again!

Wonderful staff and comfy/cute bungalow
Virginia and her family were welcoming from the start! They checked us into our bungalow and promised to assist with anything we might need. And they did deliver! The next morning there was a motorbike promptly to take us to see the whale sharks. He got us the fair price and held our belongings while we swam. We thoroughly enjoyed exchanging conversation and culture with Virginia. She goes above and beyond for her family and her guests. This shows in little ways like the free coffee and tea she has available. Thanks for a great stay!

I visited to Oslob for whale shark watching. The room that I stayed in was a small bamboo house, but it was comfortable. And I could see the beautiful scenery there. The guest house is a little far from the whale shark watching point, but the owner introduced his friend to me. The friend took me to the whale shark watching by motorcycle and helped me with my whale watching. After that, he took me to Liloan port at a low price. They are very kind. I want to stay there again.

2만원짜리 방에서 잤는데 사진으로도 작아보였지만 직접 가보니 오두막 하이웨이와 붙어있어시끄럽고 숙소가 오두막 나무로 지어져있어 소리가 다들림 방음이 안됨 2명이서 잤는데 누울자리 빼면 짐둘곳이 없음, 자는곳만 생각하면 실평수는 2평정도 됨 고시원보다 조금 넓은 편 하지만 기반 시설이나 앞에 있는 가족끼리 놀러와 놀기에 조그만한 프라이빗 비치는 정말 예쁘고 더 큰 진짜 콘크리트로 된 방들은 따로있어 숙소 전체를 빌려 파티를 하기에는 좋음 정말 작고 아기자기하고 예쁘나 오두막집에서 자는것은 추천하지 않음

It was nice , the host is friendly but if you wanted to go to oslob ,just wait the bus outside , not take the motobike/ the view in here are really nice , and can snorkel in the morning one bad thing was that the bus driver didn't know this guest house so you need to show the location on the map

非常好的位置，除了可以看日出，还可以玩浮潜，员工都很热心。但硬件有待提高。

Great place
We stayed at Maxvir for 3 nghts......what a lovely little place this is. The owner and her brother are Super!!!! We felt like we were at home. The huts are a bit basic but great for a few nights. They provide a Karaoke (on coins) what was very nice, we had a great sing a long with other guests. If you are in Oslob, please book this tiny and intimite resord, you wont regret it. Lots of love and thank you for the owner for making us so welcome. Yuri and Mario.
